A SAUNA SESSION IS 2,5 HOURS IN THE PUBLIC SAUNA AREA AT SALT

With a sauna session ticket you get access to our public saunas during their opening hours.
We have a sauna bar, hot saunas and cold pools - right by the Oslo Fjord.
We also have wardrobe facilities and lockers, toilets and hot and cold outdoor showers.

REFUND/REBOOKING: We do not refund tickets.
Do you wish to move you booking to another day? Contact us at least 2 working days before your visit, and we can help you. Tickets can only be moved once. Include time slot you wish to move to in your inquiry.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
By purchasing a ticket to the sauna at SALT, you agree that you are responsible for your own health and safety when using the sauna and bathing facilities.

ALCOHOL: It is not permitted to bring alcohol with you to SALT. We have bar services.

AGE LIMITATIONS: 20 yrs after 3 PM – Fridays and Saturdays. 20 yrs after 7 PM – Weekdays and Sundays

Note that these prices are for tickets that are prebooked online. There is a dropin-fee: NOK 30 for regular and student tickets, and NOK 15 for members. Remember to check the age limitations for the session you want to attend.
Ordinary ticket: NOK 205 - 255
Sauna Member: NOK 115
Student: NOK 160 - 205 (bring valid student-ID)
Children 7-14 yrs: NOK 100
Children 6 yrs and younger: Free
Does the desired time for the day not come up or is it not possible to choose several tickets? Then this is because the desired session is sold out. When a session is sold out, there are no more drop-in tickets left, and it is also not possible to put yourself on a waiting list.
Sauna session ticket includes access to:
- all communal saunas that are open at the booked time (four different saunas for "sauna session" and "weekend sauna session"
- cold pools
- changing room with small lockers
- bar with all rights
- toilets
- outdoor shower
TOWEL: Bring a towel or rent one in the bar for NOK 50.
PADLOCK: Bring a padlock or buy one for NOK 135. We have wardrobes of approx. 30x30x30 cm.
SWIMWEAR AND SHOES: Swimwear is required in the saunas. We recommend guests bring their own flip-flops. Both swimwear and flip-flops can be bought at reception.
