Rituals in Skroget
Experience powerful and unique sauna rituals with guest sauna masters from all over the world! Every hour offers a new, sensual experience. Rituals once an hour from 09.00 on Thursday and Friday, and from 11.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Birch whisking in Ulven
Every day at 16.–20.00. Do as the Finns have done for centuries! Let your body come to life with birch and ice in the heat of the sauna. Increases blood circulation, gives a fresh feeling – and is incredibly fun.

Morning Beat at SALT
Morning Beat are back at SALT to help you kickstart of the day! As part of our Move & Sweat concept in our saunas, we are combining dancing with sauna afterwards. What better way to get into the right mindset?
DANCE: 7-9 am
SAUNA: You will get sauna access from 7-10 AM. Enjoy our saunas during, or after the dance. Skroget and Árdna will be open.
DRINKS: coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beer, sodas

AFTERWORK: YOGA
Afterwork yoga & sauna session
Welcome to a yoga session with YogaKi, followed by a sauna session! This is a truly unique experience that will give you an opportunity to connect to your body, and feel your stress melt away through breath, movement and sweat. The yoga will take place at Langhuset.
16:00-17:00 | Yoga with YogaKi
17:00-19:30 | A post-yoga sauna session where you have free access to the saunas, and can sweat it all out and combine with cold plunges if you like.

Welcome to late night sauna karaoke at SALT! We promise the sweatiest karaoke sessions in town. The karaoke is included your regular sauna session ticket! Skroget and Ulven is also open for regular sauna if you need a breather.
