Visit the cultural village by the fjord
SALT is a cultural arena located next to the fjord in the heart of Oslo, overlooking the Oslo Opera House and the Munch Museum. With 12 saunas and six stages, as well as both indoor and outdoor serving areas offering food and drinks. SALT is a vibrant area where everyone is welcome!
SAUNA
At SALT we have 12 saunas located on the bay by the Oslo Fjord. There is a bar in the sauna serving drinks, cold pool, shower, toilets and changing rooms.
You can book single tickets and join a Sauna session or book your own private saunas for groups up to 56 people. On Fridays and Saturdays we also have DJs in the sauna!

Book a table for our big outside serving area, or cozy up around our campfires in the evening
We offer free table bookings and campfire bookings here at SALT!
FOOD
We have a varied and exciting menu. Eat indoors in the Bazaar tent, Naustet or book a spot outside by one of our campfire pans. We offer everything from authentic Nordic food to pizza, burgers and dumplings.

SALT hosts around 700 events every year.
Here you can see concerts, humor shows, theater, drag, stand-up, burlesque and so much more!
Some of our shows are in english as well.
